AGV RECALL TOURMODULAR HELMET
Dainese is voluntarily recalling a specific batch of the AGV TOURMODULAR E2206 Helmets after regular quality checks have identified a potential issue where a component of the chin-guard mechanism may break.
Only a specific batch of helmets is affected and it is easy to identify if your helmet is affected.
You should check the chin strap, next to the E3 number you will see the serial number.
If your serial number begins with 062004/PJ then you should contact the retailer where you purchased the helmet and they will be able to facilitate the recall on your behalf.
You will be asked to provide a receipt of purchase, however if you no longer have the receipt, you can still return your helmet.
Dainese estimate it will take around two weeks to complete the works and return your helmet.
