We will be hosting a series of our very popular Introduction To Motorcycle Maintenance course.

This course is aimed at those who are new to motorcycle maintenance or those who are returning to bikes following a lengthy absence.

The objective of the course is to provide you with the knowledge to carry out routine safety inspections on your Motorcycle which will help cut down on expensive repair bills by helping you identify and address issues, before they become a major problem.

Topics covered include:
Lights & Electrics – Essential safety checks and some insider tips and tricks
Wheels &Tyres – Inspection, care and choosing the right tyres.
Suspension – Inspection and adjustment.
Brakes – How to keep brakes in optimal working condition.
Fluids – How to inspect fluids and when to top up or change.
Final Drive – Chain, Belt and Drive Shaft essential maintenance and care.
Chassis – Spotting signs of wear, staying on top of corrosion.
Cleaning – The most important piece of maintenance you will do is clean your bike, and it never ceases to amaze us how many people do it completely wrong and create unnecessary damage to their bikes. Learn the Do’s and Don’ts of bike cleaning.

Terms and Conditions: As spaces for each course are limited, maintenance class payments are non-refundable. It may be possible to change the date of your workshop, or for someone else to take your place given at least 7 days notice before the date of the class.

Please arrive at 2.30pm to get checked in. The course will start from 3.00pm, finishing at 6.00pm.

If you arrive late you may be refused entry due to disruption to the other attendees.

Light refreshments, tea and coffee will be available throughout the course Bring your glasses or lenses if you need them for close up work.

Please advise us of any medical conditions which we should be aware of in a workshop environment; and bring any medication you may need (eg inhaler).
